Requirements for The Voice Africa Season 1 Contest
The following are requirements that those who wants to participate in The Voice Africa Season 1 Contest must fulfill before the acceptance of their registration:
- Participants must be a resident in any of the fourteen African countries with Airtel Africa presence
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age by 21st October 2022
- Participants must be ready to travel to Lagos Nigeria where the Blinds, Battles, Knockouts and Lives will take place

Stages of The Voice Africa Season 1 Contest
All selected contestant of The Voice Africa Season 1 are expected to engage in the competition under the six (6) levels given below:
- All
- The blind auditions
- The Battles
- Live shows
- The Knockouts
- The Finale
There is going to be winners at every level of the contest until the “Finale” stage where the overall winner shall be announced.
How to Register for The Voice Africa Season 1 Contest
The registration for The Voice Africa Season 1 Contest is totally online via the official registration portal. Interested and suitably qualified persons should follow the steps given below for the registration:
1. Visit the official website for the registration at: https://www.thevoice.africa/en
2. Click on the “Register” Button on the homepage
3. Confirm that you have Airtel Phone
- Choose ‘Yes’ or ‘No’
- Visit the Airtel Website to buy one if you don’t have yet
4. Select you country of residence (it must be an African country)
5. Enter your Airtel phone number
6. Click “Continue”
7. Complete the Registration Form by filling in your personal details
8. Check the Term, Eligibility and Private Notice boxes
9. Click on “Register”
10. Finally, upload a 1-Munite video of you singing
Deadline for the Registration
The last date for the registration of 2022 The Voice Africa Season 1 is 10th November, 2022. All interested persons are expected to complete their online registrations on or before the stated deadline.
Price For The Winner of The Voice Africa Season 1
The grand price for the overall winner of the 2022 The Voice Africa Season 1 is $100,000. While all the seven selected contestants from all the 14 African Countries shall be give $5,000 respectively.
Winner shall also have the opportunities to be endorsed by many companies around the world.
