General Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have made the Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMINNA) their Choice in the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME),
• Candidates who had a total score of 160 and above are eligible to take part in FUTMINNA Post UTME Screening Exercise.
• Candidates who have five (5) O’ Level credits at one or two sittings (including English Language and Mathematics) or, are awaiting results which shall be released before the completion of the admission exercise are eligible to apply. 
• Candidates awaiting results that would be released before the completion of the admission exercise can also register. 
• Successful upload of O’ Level results on the JAMB portal is mandatory for admission. Candidates are advised to as soon as possible, visit any CBT Centre to upload their complete O’ Level results, without which they cannot be considered for admission.

How to Register for FUTMINNA Post UTME Screening Exercise

The Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMINNA) Post UTME Screening Exercise can be registered online via the FUT Minna’s University Pre Admission Exercise 2022/2023 Session (2022 UTME & DE) Portal. Interested applicants are to follow the application instruction as given below:

1. Visit the application portal at: https://eportal.futminna.edu.ng/upase_screening
2. Click on “2022/2023 UPASE”
3. On the page that appears, click on ‘UPASE- DE/UTME Login.’
4. Enter your JAMB registration number.
5. Enter one of your names.
6. Click on ‘Login’.
7. Upload your ‘O’ level result(s).
8. DE candidates should also upload their Higher level result(s).
9. Choose any other course from the list of Departments if your UTME/’O’ level subject combinations do not meet the minimum requirements for the course registered with JAMB.
10. Click on ‘Proceed to payment gateway‘.
11. Confirm your entries.
12. Click on the ‘payment link’ button to proceed to the payment gateway.
13. Payment is done through Debit Card (MasterCard – Most preferred) or Verve (only the ones enabled for online payment) or Bank branch (by generating RRR from application portal).
14. Enter ATM Debit card details (Card number, expiry date, CVV 2, i.e. the 3 digits behind your card and pin number)
    If payment is successful, the screen will display all the data you previously entered.
15. Click on the ‘Print’ button to print the document.

The Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMINNA) Pre- admission screening exercise shall commence on the August 22, 2022, and end at 2:00pm on November 9, 2022. Applicants should note that no late entries shall be accepted after this date.
